- Kickoff of Black History Month – In keeping with the national theme for Black History Month, “African Americans and the Arts,” the Sixth Street Museum District will host “Art Takeover in the District: A Cradle of Creativity,” which will feature a number of events highlighting the many impacts Black American have had on visual arts, music, cultural movements and more.
- Announcement of the History Channel’s “Save our History” segment filmed at the African American Military History Museum with details and air date.
