You have been made a Defendant in the suit filed in this Court by seeking a termination of parental rights and adoption.
THE COMPLAINT WHICH IS FILED IN THIS MATTER IS IMPORTANT AND YOU MUST TAKE IMMEDIATE ACTION TO PROTECT YOUR RIGHTS.
You are summoned to appear and defend against said Complaint at 9:00 a.m. on the 15th day of June, 2020, before Judge Sheila Smallwood in the Chancery Courtroom of the Forrest County Courthouse in Hattiesburg, Mississippi, and in case of your failure to appear and defend, a judgment will be entered against you for the money or things demanded in the Complaint.
You are not required to file an answer or other pleading, but you may do so if you desire.
