POPLARVILLE, Miss. — The National Fastpitch Coaches Association announced the Rawlings Gold Glove award selections Wednesday afternoon, and Pearl River softball's Emmaleigh Theriot (Prairieville, La.; St. Amant) snatched the award.
Theriot is the first player in program history to earn a Gold Glove award.
