On Thursday, Hattiesburg police charged Andrew Presley with capital murder in the homicide investigation of 63-year-old Deborah McGee.
Presley, 53, is the father of McGee's niece's child.
Jordan Stewart, 53, also was arrested and charged with hindering prosecution, as was Ebony Lambert.

Lambert, 40, is the niece of McGee, who has a child with Andrew Presley. Presley, 53, was charged on April 12 with hindering prosecution.
